The fittings are a little bit hard to put together since Iยกยฏm 65. The instructions are fairly clear. The unit worked great. I have a Honda CRV and lifted it in the air easily. Instead of rubber blocks they give you. I used 9 inch wood 4×4. my car has pinch welds to lift up on and that gave me more versatility. I also knew they would not split in half.

Pros:
– flexible, in that they don’t need to be drilled/installed onto your garage floor. They can be moved around relatively easily. I push mine together and store them under the centerline of my car when not in use. Just disconnect the hoses and park right over the top of them. Then all i have to do is slide out to the pinch welds, connect hoses to pumps, and lift the car.
– quick lifting of car, takes maybe 30 seconds
– pump and hoses pack down quite small when not in use
– lifts my Toyota 86 and Miata with no problem
– provides nearly 2 feet of clearance

I am using them to adjust the height of my car while painting it. Movement is smooth and fairly fast. Check all of the connections are snug. The two connectors at the pump were not, but you will know if they are not tight enough at first use. Caution, I found as I was moving parts around to best locate them I disconnected the hoses while the jacks were under load and had to struggle to reconnect the fittings. Not under pressure no problem.

My car is lowered on the stock bolts and scrapes everywhere I go. I have to drive onto 2×12 boards to be able to slide the quick jacks under. Thatยกยฏs low life for you. The included rubber pads nest into the stock puck locations just fine. Stable enough to do a clutch swap.
